Angelina Jolie’s July Vanity Fair cover is finally on newsstands, and Jolie watchers are treated to some gorgeous pictures of her inside.  I’m especially taken with the photo of her in a green wig (which was, apparently, her idea.)  The makeup in this picture—thick black liquid liner on top and bottom plus eyelash extensions for a feline look, strong brows, taupe shadow and peachy cheeks and lips—is positively stunning.  Can any other woman in the world possibly look this good in a weird lime wig?  Methinks no.

I’m sorry, but how gorgeous is Angelina Jolie?  She and Brad Pitt made yet another appearance on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival today, this time for the premiere of her new Clint Eastwood-directed movie Changeling.  She’s as big as a semi, but pregnancy seriously becomes her.  (And Brad’s not looking bad, either!)

My vintage girl crush Angelina Jolie has been glamming up the red carpet in Cannes, crazy pregnant with twins (as you’ve no doubt heard by now!) yet still looking flawless.  She used to see the incomparable Ted Gibson (who also did my hair when I lived in New York!), although I’m so out of the “scene” that I have no idea if she’s switched allegiance or still visits him.  Regardless–vitamins?  hormones?  great styling?–her hair is looking very covetable here: shiny, soft, full and gorge. 

Apparently Angie and Brad are due August 19.  If the future baby Jolie-Pitts feel lazy and decide to pop out six days later, we’ll all share a birthday!

Thank God.  I’ve been so starved for glamour, and last night’s SAG awards (plus yesterday’s kind of icky Miss America pageant!) delivered, if at least in small doses.  The star wattage was fairly minimal, but we did get to witness Brangelina slobbering all over each other, which made my night.  (What do you think they kept whispering to each other?  “You’re so beautiful.”  “No, you’re so beautiful.”  “Oh, stop!”  “Don’t stop.  Tell me how pretty I am again.”)  Here, my favorites:

Angelina Jolie: Is she pregnant?  I don’t care; I still love the gown and think she looks flawless

Amanda Bynes: One of my girl-crushes (right up there with Mandy Moore); I obviously love the sweet-as-pie thing, and Amanda looks young and fresh–yet still elegant–here

Kate Hudson: Chic, cute, golden, glowing…as always.  (What is up with this girl’s hair?  I covet, in a major way) 

Ellen Pompeo: Okay, so her dress kind of looks like Saran Wrap here, but on TV it looked absolutely stunning.  I dig her hair and makeup even more

January Jones: Legally Blonde pink could have been a huge fashion disaster, but I think it paid off (or is it just me?  I was on the fence about this one initially)

Marion Cotillard: Love the makeup, love the dress, really don’t like the hair.  I guess you can’t win ‘em all
