Nivea giveaway winners
Congratulations to the 25 winners of the Nivea Good-bye Cellulite Gel Cream! You’ll be receiving your tubes soon, and I expect reports back on your progress! In honor of its “Good-bye Cellulite, Hello Bikini” challenge, I asked Nivea for their best tips on getting a bikini-ready body.
- Keep a food journal
- Add high-fiber starches (such as whole-grain cereals)
- Eliminate white rice and flour
- If want to keep calories down without completely going teetotal, choose a white wine spritzer, vodka and diet tonic or light beer
- Do cardio five days a week, and aim for fun activities like kick-boxing or spin class to keep yourself motivated
- Use a cellulite smoothing cream…hey, like Good-bye Cellulite Gel Cream! (Well, you knew they were going to have to throw that one in somewhere.)
But, most importantly, remember that changing your outside appearance is not as important as making peace with yourself inside. Skinnier does not equal better or happier…it simply equals, um, skinnier. Our bodies are wonderful, miraculous machines and a little self-esteem and appreciation goes a long, vital way. (Do you hear Christina Aguilera warbling “Beautiful” somewhere in the background?)
