So far I've been using it once a day only since I have sensitive skin. I don't feel much difference but my skin felt a bit raw and I saw some redness afterwards. Actually I have some break outs that won't go away too..not sure if my skin is not liking it. But yes, $195 is really expensive. Took me 4 month contemplating whether to buy it or not. It comes with two brushes, one is a bit more powerful than the other...I use the stronger scrubbing one and everytime I was my face, it feels like I just got a facial.
