I don't understand how you don't understand Dita's appeal:) Her classic pin up style is so sexy and borderline naughty without ever being crass!

Ok, despite the fact that The Blogger Who Must Not Be Named loves her (and, let's face it, he has questionable taste) I have to sort of defend... explain?... Dita.
She is basically the epitome of old Hollywood... perfectly coiffed Veronica Lake waves, perfectly applied red lipstick, perfectly groomed eyebrows, perfect porcelain skin, and an impeccable sense of style. The raven hair is harsh, but I for one think it works for her... particularly because of the look she is going for. Sure, she could lighten the base and get some highlights in there... but it would ruin the whole smoldering-Hollywood-icon thing.
She never shows up in public (much less at an event) looking dowdy or not put together... and I basically covet her entire wardrobe.
Plus, someone who can look that glamorous and garner that kind of respect when her job essentially involves taking her clothes off in a gigantic martini glass... well, that is at least a little impressive.
