"Um sir, you look like you've been hit across the face with a flaming shovel a few times, so we're going to do you the honors giving you a bit of a tax break to compensate for your sheer repulsiveness." Do people have to apply for it? Will Heather Mills be one of the judges to determine if someone qualifies? Sooo many unanswered questions... Ha! Ugly people already lack self-esteem and possibly (although I'm not convinced) have a harder time finding jobs and partners, but now, they're going to *know* that they're ugly and everyone thinks so because they don't have to pay a tax. And isn't beauty in the eye of the beholder? Who will decides who pays the tax? How does that make sense?
